Mitchell Harris

Financial Advisor


Mitchell Harris is Branch Manager of Raymond James Financial Services in Glenside and Quakertown, PA.  After practicing law in Pennsylvania for over 10 years, Mitch transitioned his specialization to Financial Planning in 2015.


Mitch Graduated from Albright College with Honors in Economics and Political Science in 2001 and earned his Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2004.  He received an Internal Revenue Service award for his work as director the law school’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.  He actively participated in the Criminal Defense Law Clinic and won his cases.


As an attorney, Mitch handled Mass Tort litigations with a large law firm in Center City Philadelphia.  He volunteered pro bono legal services assisting low-income Philadelphia residents to attain clear title to their homes.  Mitch’s volunteer work is recognized in City Hall on the Volunteer Roll of Honor Plaque.  Mitch authored an article featured in the Legal Intelligencer, “Making Homeownership a Reality” detailing the specifics of one of the many cases he handled.  Mitchell has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for Veteran’s Affairs while assisting Veterans denied benefits by the Veterans Administration.


Mitch stays active in numerous community groups.  He is the section leader for percussion of the Southampton Community Band.  Mitchell is a board member of the Settlement Music School, Kardon Northeast Branch.  He is a Master Mason of the Richard Vaux Brotherhood Lodge #126.  Mitchell also plays drums and percussion for several community productions.   He holds a Brown Belt in Kenpo Karate.


Mitch lives in Cheltenham with his wife Rebecca, MBA a pharmaceutical supply chain manager, his children Max and Sidra and their dog, Daisy.
