HOW WE HELP
Good advice depends
on where you are.
Where you are in life shapes every meaningful financial question you face. The same goal — a confident retirement, financial freedom, a legacy for your family — requires a completely different plan at 35, 55, and 70.

WHY IT MATTERS
The right answer changes depending on where you are.
"Should I be more aggressive or conservative with my investments?" is a simple question. The right answer at 38 — when you have 25 years of compounding ahead of you — is almost the opposite of the right answer at 62, when a bad market year can permanently affect your income. Stage is not a backdrop for financial advice. It determines which questions are worth asking, which risks are acceptable, and which decisions are urgent rather than optional. Most financial planning frameworks treat age as a rough variable. We treat your actual stage as the foundation everything else is built on.
"What should I do with my 401(k)?" is a question we hear from clients at every stage of life. The answer looks almost nothing alike at 35, 52, and 67 — and getting it wrong in either direction has real consequences.

The question every stage shares
THREE STAGES
Where you are shapes
everything we do.
BUILDING
You're building a career and a family at the same time, and every dollar has somewhere to be. We help you decide what to fund first, what can wait, and how to put time on your side while you still have plenty of it.

APPROACHING
Retirement is close enough to plan for in detail. This is the decade where sequencing matters most — when to claim Social Security, how to bridge to Medicare, which accounts to draw from first, and what a realistic income looks like.

LIVING
The goal shifts from growing the money to making it last. We build income you can count on, plan for healthcare and long-term care, and make sure what's left goes where you intend it to.

EDUCATING
We believe tuition is rising faster than almost anything else a family plans for, and it competes directly with retirement for the same dollars. We help you fund an education deliberately, on a schedule that does not quietly sacrifice your own future.

WHAT STAYS THE SAME
The stage changes. These things do not.
Fiduciary standard (for advisory fee based relationships)
We follow a fiduciary standard throughout the financial planning engagement. As such, we will place your interests ahead of our own.
Independence within a framework
Raymond James provides institutional research, compliance infrastructure, and investment tools. We provide the judgment, the relationship, and the accountability for what we do with them.
A named advisor
You will speak with Kevin or Mitch — not a call center, a rotating team, or whoever picks up. The same person who learns your situation is the one advising you, every time.
Planning before products
We start every engagement by building a clear picture of your goals, timeline, and constraints. Investment recommendations follow from that picture. They do not precede it.
How Engagements Begin
From first conversation to
written plan.
01
An honest conversation
We start with a 30-minute call where you do most of the talking. We want to understand where you are, what concerns you, and whether we are genuinely the right fit.
02
A clear picture
Before any recommendations, we document your complete financial picture: income, expenses, accounts, obligations, and goals. Nothing meaningful can be missing.
03
A written plan
We put our recommendations in writing with specific actions, timelines, and the reasoning behind each decision. You leave with something concrete you can refer to.
04
Ongoing accountability
A plan without follow-through is just a document. We conduct reviews scheduled at your desired frequency to track the progress of your plan relative to your defined objectives and suggest any changes where needed.
Ready to find out
which stage you are in?
A complimentary conversation with Kevin or Mitch. We will listen more than we talk, and you will leave knowing exactly where you stand.
